What you do

You remain the sole holder of the licence: you sign the application yourself. From the suppliers and conciergerie services we propose, you choose the ones you keep, and you sign and pay their contracts directly (equipment, conciergerie, pool maintenance). You approve the listing before it goes live.

Payment schedule

The set-up package is €4,500; the €500 already paid for the Lakart study is deducted from it, bringing the extra cost to €4,000, paid as €2,500 then €1,500. Pare pou Lwe in total: €6,590.

Frequently asked questions

What does “ready to let” mean exactly?

Through to your first guest, with a manager in place. After that, the partner conciergerie handles day-to-day management, under a contract directly with you.

Who pays the conciergerie and the equipment?

You, directly. Zilstone charges nothing on these contracts and receives nothing from them: we choose the providers and coordinate the set-up.

What if the letting licence is refused?

The decision belongs to the authorities. Before the purchase, we check what it depends on: the co-ownership rules, the land-use permit and the zone. If it is refused, we explain why and what can be corrected. Your listings only go live once the licence is granted: the second instalment of €1,500 is only due at that point.

Are renovation works included?

No, not in this package: it is an option to come. Your own contractors handle them, coordinated separately.

Who looks after my property after the first guest?

The partner conciergerie, day to day, under a contract directly with you. Zilstone stays involved for 3 months, then through Suivi Zilstone if you choose.
