Zilstone helps Mauritian citizens living abroad with their property project in Mauritius: checking the property, searching with a REAA-registered estate agency, and coordinating the bank, the notary, contractors, the rental licence and management. Investors buy directly, in their own name. Zilstone does not manage any pooled investment and never holds the money for the purchase, the works or the rent; Zilstone only receives its own invoiced fees. Zilstone never promises and does not guarantee any return, occupancy rate or resale price.
