Data we collect

What you enter in our forms:

• “Your project” questionnaire (home page): first and last name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), message (optional), Mauritian citizenship (yes, no or in progress), country of residence, type of project and indicative budget;
• Partner form (professionals): first and last name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), field, trade or speciality, business name, BRN (optional), areas covered, years of experience, professional insurance, link to your website or your work (optional) and message (optional);

We also receive a few technical details linked to your request: your IP address (used to limit abusive submissions and included in the notification we receive), the page you wrote from and, where present, campaign parameters in the address (utm).

We collect no sensitive data. The site sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics tool.

Why

• to contact you about your project, as you agreed;
• Partner form: to consider your partnership proposal and contact you about it;
• to send you an email confirming your request.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time. We keep proof of this consent: the date and time of submission and the exact wording of the box you ticked.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It is processed by our technical providers:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, form processing, anti-bot check;
• Microsoft 365: the [email protected] mailbox (receiving your request and the confirmation email);
• Cal.com: appointment booking, if you book a call;
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

The site’s fonts and scripts are hosted with it: no call is made to Google Fonts. One exception: when you open the form, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check loads a script from challenges.cloudflare.com.

A copy of the emails exchanged (your request, our internal notification and the confirmation email) is kept in our Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Transfers outside the European Union

Your data is processed in Mauritius, where the publisher is based, and may be processed in the United States by our providers (Cloudflare, Microsoft, Cal.com, Meta for WhatsApp). These transfers rely on the safeguards set out in these providers’ data processing agreements, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. This wording will be confirmed by our lawyer.

Retention

24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR and the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
You may also contact your data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK, the CNIL in France, or the Data Protection Office in Mauritius).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions by a systematic anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile), an invisible honeypot field and a limit on submissions per IP address. Access to our tools is protected by two-factor authentication.
