What you do
You fill in the two questionnaires and upload your documents: that is what starts the countdown. You give your explicit consent before anything is shared, anonymised, with a bank or an agency. You alone decide what happens next: nothing beyond the study is committed.

How long does it take to get my results?
10 business days from the moment your file is complete (questionnaires filled in, documents uploaded). Allow a few extra days to gather your documents.
What if my project isn’t workable right now?
A “not yet” verdict, with the reasons for it, is a deliverable in its own right: it saves you from moving forward for nothing. The €700 stays due, because the work was done.
Is my information shared without my consent?
No. Your profile is only shared with banks, and your needs with agencies, after your explicit consent, and always on an anonymised basis.
Do I have to continue with Zilstone after Lakart?
No, you are free to use the verdict and analysis as you wish. If you go on to Aste Trankil or Pare pou Lwe, your file is already ready.
What happens at the end of the 3 months of client access?
The space closes, but nothing is lost: you can extend the follow-up on your file with Suivi Zilstone (Veille or Actif), with no commitment.
