Same price whatever the number of contacts or sales. Zilstone takes no commission on sales. Featured properties take turns among agencies at the same level and are labelled “Featured”. This is never a Zilstone recommendation.
Questions from agencies
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.
How quickly are my properties online?
Within 1 business day, as soon as the minimum listing is complete and compliant.
What information is required at minimum?
The price, property type and area, floor or land size and number of bedrooms, at least 5 real and recent photos, and whether a Mauritian living abroad can buy it.
What if some information is missing?
It shows as “On request”. Buyers can ask for it in one click, and your answer completes the listing for everyone after them. At equal featuring, the most complete listings come first.
